from a Political PR perspective the Prime Minister Of Britian clearly should communicate better in a more sensitive and diplomatic manner. As these comment have really been detrimental to his image and could hurt diplomatic relations between the two nation.

However i believe the respond of the President Of Nigeria to the state was very state many and he dismissed / overlooked the comment and focused more on the way forward instead of an exchange or word or demanding an apology
